I think I get what you're saying tho, its a thought I've had that you start to eventually look at the world through this 'lens' of what we apparently understand about it and it can make you think that that's all that there is. Take subsidies for instance. 3rd world farmers can't compete with American food prices on goods such as corn. Why are American food products so low? Ayn Rand is grade school. High School would be Alan Watts. College? Well, that's where you'd write your own thesis. Rand was correct, in her terms. Watts questions and explicates all the meanings of all the terms, and this is a wise progression in one's developement. After one has studied all of that, then one can be a creative leader rather than a follower.

Great video! It seems that a lot of great artists "peak" (often in their 20's), and make that slow slide into mediocrity. Van is a notable exception. His recent works are just as skillful,vibrant,relevant,and illuminating as the day he sat down to record Astral Weeks (if not more so). Whatever his flaws may be, I Love the Man. And I'm grateful (and ennobled) for having experienced his art.

I'm gonna start redundantly I think the video is onesided, I dont say this because I think that the 200 seat classroom is a bad system, or because I think teachers should adapt to students habits, I say it because it has an intention to make a rebuttal, just to make it (at least that was my impression). What we learn is important, yes, and I am certainly not suggesting that we learn a curriculum that is meaningful only to the past. Although I see your point...I can't help but feel that you are facing this issue from only one side, and not bothering to view it from the other as well. School is in an age of the 1800s and before, as you mentioned, however that does not mean the students and teachers have to teach to that era. If both the students and teachers decide to move in a different direction that would help the students learn, it would end up benefiting everyone...whether or not the learning involved technology or not

Thanks for sharing this rebuttal. As a high school English teacher, I knew that there was something missing from the 21st Century Learning argument. You have exposed the gaps and given this phenomenon a name. There is a big push in the public schools right now to accomodate the 21st Century thinker, but not a great deal of planning to counteract the problems associated with representational thought (I hope I don't have that backwards).

Science gives us means to discern what is real through different ways of investigating our environment many of which bring perception that is more accurate then our natural eyesight and also ways to understand our brains and the way we perceive things in order to understand the common misconceptions our minds create of what is real.

Metaphysics pertain to the ESSENCE OF ONES BEING, which is connected to the MOST HIGH, and above ANY claimed NATIONALITY. I know researched our and my nationality. I found out we are all Moorish Americans. And Black deludes to slavery, regardless of those sciences we know/knew, we had a nationality. I feel what your saying bro. but as important as knowing ones Nationality is, it does not supercede the essence of ones Being, which is probably why people bring up metaphysics when the question is posed about nationality. Furthermore its not known by most and in many cases not practicle to try to research too indept on ones direct nationality seeing as slavery in this country as well as blood(race) mixing has put a great burden on uptaining something so concrete and accurate as nationality.

I thought it was a great video only i don't know what you mean by accepting the demon in the triangle. in a general vague sense would you be able to say a little more about the deomon, becuase i think of the term demon as more of a negative vibration which is opposit to true love which is higher vibration. unless you are getting at by accepting our selves we have both good and bad qualities.
